I am filing a federal amended return because I accidentally included exhibition money as income when it was tax-free, and I also am taking the Lifetime Learning Credit on my amended return. So, my takings is smaller and my refund is much nicer. Should I also fill out a state amended return? I filled

Hi all,
I filed my tax return a while back and got my refund already. But after awhile I discovered some more receipts to some going expenses and wanted to add them to my tax return. I completed my amended tax in TurboTax and it is showing more refund on in the refund cricket pitch on the program.
Answer: Not persuaded what you're doing wrong, but something is wrong if you are eligible for additional deductions, but it didn't show an additional refund, unless your total tax was already zero, in which at all events the moving expenses wouldn't take it lower so there wouldn't be an additional refund due

I filed an amended return to get the tax believe. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks, but when it didn't come they said, oh 8-12 weeks. I am on the 12th week. Should I get h and r exclude to start looking for my return now and where it is, or will it come. Did anyone file that way and receive theirs,
Answer: We are now into are 14th week at 12 weeks we called IRS and were told it was getting checked into and we would get a belles-lettres stating they needed more info or the check would come within 30 days this was on the 20th of last month still nothing.
