Not so much links but something like:
we use carbon
we pay money.
Not that though, more detail.

Answer: Basically, it's a tax on fossil fuels based on how much carbon they have. When the incite is burned, this carbon becomes carbon dioxide, which supposedly contributes to global warming.

Economists say the most efficacious way to reduce demand for any product is to make it more expensive. In short, a carbon tax. For gasoline, let's say an additional $1 or $2 a gallon.
Can we all say too much is too much? How do you brook? Would you vote out people that voted this in?
