Please explain how these Tax Disk holders work and how they display the info
So Im seeing these advertised for cars and they have Logos and are understand. How do they display the tax info and logo?

I had my mot done in sept last year and when i came to repeat tax disk it said it cannot find it. Why?

It did say on the recorded message that sometimes new style mots are not recorded. ???
