Can I Deduct Federal Taxes Paid In 2007 On My State Tax Return?

I made a confuse with on my 2005 Federal taxes and had to pay about $1000 in 2007 on that 2005 tax year. Pretty unfaltering I can't deduct that on my Federal return, but can I deduct it on my state return?

I had an boner on my federal return with turbo tax. So I filled out form 8453-OL and mailed it to the IRS. The IRS has not recieved it and now I need to fill out an height form 4868. Well turbo tax doesn't lay out my return in any of the 1040 forms. So how do I know what amount to put where? Please

I filed my federal return which is a speck over $4600.00. I also have an active judgment under my name for federal student loans and they confirmed with me that $917.00 was contemporary to be garnished from my tax refund. Due to the offset, is the IRS going to send my remaining refund via guide deposit
