In the finished 10 years, I file tax return in Taiwan, but I thought I don't need to file tax return in USA and California. I merit approx. US$30,000 every year. I unbiased moved from VT to NY in August. I plan to file income taxes with VT and MA but not NY. Some friends have told me I need to file with NY. This makes no faculty. I have no income earned from NYS. Anyone know about this? I rent an apartment in NYS (no property tax).
