What I the hang of is that it is an indirect tax which comes under the category of "excise tax" which only applies corporations created by the majestic or certain business transactions that are to be specified in the code. What do you think? Lend me your ears.
Answer: It's both. Individuals pay all taxes. Revenues taxes on individuals are a direct tax on individuals. Corporate income taxes are an indirect tax on individuals.
