I have been offered a credit from a source outside of this country. I was told that i need to pay a non-residential tax before i was to recieve the lend. It all sounds like a bunch of bull to me, but I just wanted to know if it is a actual thing.
Answer: Stay from the source if that country (source country) actually has non-residential tax.
