I Electronically Filed My NYS Tax Refund On 2/2/09 And It Is Now Going On 7 Weeks And Still Nothing?

I have been a tax payer since 1985 and I have chiefly gotten my refund between 2 and 4 weeks with electronic filing and direct deposit. It now has been 6 weeks and 2 days and still no bumf given on the NYS refund line. What is going on

 
 

What Is The Expiration Date On An NYS Tax Refund Check?

I am nosy as to the Expiration date on the NYS Tax Refund Check as I have literally just recieved mine the check is dated for april 10th and specifys no conclusion on it HELP!

Answer: You should be okay to deposit. I can't retain exactly the time frame but it's at least 90 days (but probably 180 days) - haven't second-hand check refund in a while so my recall may not be totally accurate (have utilized direct deposit). BUT, you are satisfactory to deposit with good funds.

Quick Question About Nys Tax Refund Check?

When I go to nys taxation website, where's my refund says my constraint is scheduled to be mailed on mar 4, 2008. I still have not received it yet. Anyone else have the same problem?

Answer: I do identify I live in the Rochester area it takes about 2 weeks to get anythng from Albany. Sorry it has been such a discontinuation for you.
