Easily understood, the government wants to steal more money. One of the benefits of buying online is that you reduce the amount of mazuma taken in by government and therefore increase the amount of money that remains in the productive sector.

I have built a web-against that is near completion. Who must pay tax in online purchases from a online shop? Buyers residing in the state of the store or buyers that are making the purchase from within the state. i.e. shop is in VT and you are up visiting friends while you prepare an online purchase.
