The twenty fourth emendation made the poll tax unconstitutional. What was the poll tax? and What do you think might have happened if the poll tax had not been abolished?

Answer: The poll tax was a means to keep out and poor black people from voting. You had to pay a 'fee' or 'tax' to vote. There is a lot more but at least you know where to look and worthy out what might have happened if we still had a poll tax.
