Is there a type of attorney that proves things by numbers and law without being the one to get up and talk. Like a behind the participate type lawyer haha.

I am all things becoming a tax attorney. I know that you need a 4 year degree in something like accounting, but I'm unsure of what graduate toil you need..such as master's of accountancy program, law school, some other grad school i'm not mentioning?...and also does it better much to be a CPA?
