How Can Obama "give A Tax Break" To People Who Don't Pay Taxes?

Obama's tax break for 95% of people includes 40+% of people that do not pay taxes. Addition he is not planning to extend the Bush tax cuts, therefor increasing taxes on 49% or tax payers.

I Have Already Filed My Taxes. Am I Not Entitled To The Tax Break Congress Just Passed Last Week?

I filed my taxes in Mid-January. Last week conress announced that every tax paying full-grown will recieve $600 and $300 per child, in an attempt to avoid a recession. Since my taxes were already filed, am I not entitled to this more tax break?

Can I get tax break on profit by selling my get ready residence?
I bought this property as a run-down property, and than I stayed in it for two years and than built a fully new house. Will the new house be regarded as my primary residence for last two years? (for tax purposes)

How Was The 2009 Stimulus Tax Break Supposed To Benefit Us?

So I have a abrupt question. We got a tax break at the beginning of the year that was supposed to result in about $400 of economic stimulus fat over the course of the year. Now I am getting a refund for about $400 less than I usually get. How can it be called a tax break when at the end of the year
