In all other matters, one is sinless until proven guilty. This places the burden of proof on the state, where it most properly belongs.
Why doesn't tax court r in the same manner?

Can someone have an interesting court case that deals with an interesting tax thesis?
I try googling tax court cases, but can't seem to find a direct link to access them, does anyone know?
