Tax Question?

Hi everyone, I have an grotesque question. There's an employer I know about that reports he is paying employees more than he actually is, and the employees are getting taxed more extremely. His wife is his tax preparer. As a small business, do you pay less taxes if your employees are in a higher tax

Answer: Well, if the facts are reprove, I would say that the employer is taking the difference between what he says he pays the employees and what he actually does pay them and putting the unlikeness in his pocket.

That way, he is getting a lot of untaxed income, his business is getting a deduction
