What Order Will The Tax Rebate Checks Be Disbursed?

What unsuitable will the government use to distribute the tax rebate checks? Will they go alphabetically by last name, by state, by social security number, community of when income taxes were filed, or some other way? I realize this is a rather silly question, but I am curious. Thanks you!

Answer: They will subject the check according to the last 2 digits of ssn. Starting in may. And you should have your taxes filed before then or it will be held back until you do.

A few of my intercontinental friends from various different countries are working and are paying taxes. They have also filed their taxes. Will they also be receiving the tax rebate checks under the trade stimulus plan? I think they should since they are paying U.S. taxes, although they are not U.S.

When people start to get tax rebate checks around may to july how will the checks be delivered for married, will it be one receipt of 1200 or two of 600?

Answer: If you typically send in jointly, you will probably get one check in both names, so you both have to sign it to cash it.

Somone answered my other at issue about how long it will take for my tax rebate check to get to ga once it is mailed out and they said THE POST OFFICE HAS STOPPED ALL REBATE CHECKS TO GA....is this unswerving and can somone please tell me if it is true when this means I will receive my check!! Thanks.

Answer: okay someone is messing with you, the checks was mailed today and I charged in Georgia and mine was mailed today and alot of our friends was mailed last friday and they got theres Tuesday....But monday is a break according to whyere you live it may be saturday when you get yours...
