I have not resided in Massachusetts since Sep 2002. I have not lived in the US since Jul 2004. I have lived abroad. My home of record has remained Massachusetts, but I don't know if I have been shortchanging myself on tax returns. Should I be claiming non-resident or is there something else I can do?
