I filed my 2007 taxes and am recieving a tax refund. Will we recieve the tax payola? There is myself, my hubby and 5 kids. We made around $24,000 last year. Do we qualify for the rebate check? And how much will we be getting if we do fit out?

I owed $1100 for 2007. I am going round on my payments with the IRS, in fact ahead of the payment schedule. I filed electronically through turbo tax. Will I still get a refund? The last 2 digits of my ss are 21, and co workers have already started to get their rebates today, but I have not.
