I have looked at Seychelles, Panama, Jersey and a few others - the assembly owns property interest worldwide and Is relatively small.
Answer: Depends on your own tax turn to advantage and on what you want to do with the company and its investments long-term.
There are loads of jurisdictions with no main gains tax, or no tax full stop, but that's not much good to you if you are UK-resident and you want to get the money back

I have a posy of receipts which were for business expenses in Tax Year 06-07, but I did not claim them then as I had very low earnings in that year. Now I owe a illustrious amount of Tax, can I claim them this year, or is it strictly expenses spent in the year 2007-2008 ?
