Which Location Is Most Favourable As Tax Haven For A Currently UK Ltd Company?

I have looked at Seychelles, Panama, Jersey and a few others - the assembly owns property interest worldwide and Is relatively small.


Answer: Depends on your own tax turn to advantage and on what you want to do with the company and its investments long-term.

UK Tax Return. Can I Claim Expenses That Were Spent In A Previous Tax Year, But Haven't Been Claimed Before ?

I have a posy of receipts which were for business expenses in Tax Year 06-07, but I did not claim them then as I had very low earnings in that year. Now I owe a illustrious amount of Tax, can I claim them this year, or is it strictly expenses spent in the year 2007-2008 ?

Expenses should be applied in the accounting year in which they were incurred. What you should have done was work out your profit for year 06-07 taking into account all expenses. It sounds like you really made a net loss in

Answer: No, only UK domiciliaries who are also by resident have to declare their worldwide income. People who are resident but not domiciled in the UK only have to submit UK income arising or money that they bring into the country.
