How Are Diagnosis Codes Recorded On A Claim Form For Billing?

I am winsome a test on medical coding and I need to know how diagnosis codes are recorded on a claim form.

The ones I've seen have a subject-matter description and the ICD9 codes.

Mailing Unemployment Continued Claim Form 1 Day Earlier Than The Date Stated On The Claim Affect The Benefit?

On my mom's continued claim form it states that she has to mail the claim by 8/9, Sunday. Post office is make inaccessible on Sundays and if she mails it Monday, it'll be late. She's thinking on mailing it on Saturday but the unemployment booklet states not to correspondence continued claim forms early.

They indigence you to mail it on 8/9 (sunday) because it ensures that it will be mailed/shipped out with Monday's correspondence. I would suggest you drop it off sunday, or go to the post office around 8 am on Monday morning and dispatch it off.

The problem is that if EDD says mail on 8/10 (monday) some people might not mail it off until recent Monday afternoon, which means it wont get mailed out until Tuesday and they will not receive it until days later.

What Happenned To My Continued Claim Form?

I have been receiving unemployment benefits since December. I recently worked at a temp job, and reported my earnings. As expected I did not make aid for those weeks since it exceeded my benefits. But I have not received a continued claim form. What happened? Will they send one and on?

Once you obtained pursuit you stopped all UI that means you have to re-file and not continue. Follow the same process and file for a new claim.

I was paid as an independant contractor and was paid $500 for the week. I put on my claim form the gathering I worked for, and they called me angrily thinking I was trying to pull a fast one. They said they are current to tell EDD that it was a mis-claim. What do I do? I want to be honest about my wages earned that week, but this company is flourishing to say I didn't work there. Any suggestions?

You did hand. Call and talk to another person. You are supposed to tell them of your income.

Happy New Year! « Between Gigs

I hankering to be expectant, and in that 2010 will be a nice year for me, for the go of the out of work and underemployed masses, for everyone. 2009 was a barrel coaster of a year, and I’m hoping 2010 will be more…. I don’t separate… I’m gonna say “steady”.

Today, (it’s Sunday, January 3, 2010 as I record this), I “mailed” my first Continued Claim Form of the new year. Yay. It will, of programme naturally, be picked up by the US Assign Bit sometime tomorrow, on Monday, as hackneyed. I get to start off the new year with this look back that I am, once again, unoccupied, and dependent upon the US Domination to send me cold hard cash, so I can pay my bills. Yay. It’s unnerving!
