My Financial Aid Form Tells Me To List The Other Colleges I Am Applying To, WHY?

In my Supranational Student Financial Aid Application form, it says to "List below the names of the colleges and universities to which you are applying". Should I extraordinarily let the college know where else I am applying or should I leave it blank?
Suffice for it. They won't deny you aid because you applied to another college, and they know you are applying to more than one. It's probably just to have knowledge of what kind of universities you are applying to to get a feel for where their applicants want to go and such. It's not a big deal, and they will not find worthwhile answers just left blank.

for ED students, my college requires that each one's nearest send in a completed early estimate for financial aid form with the previous years tax return. My mom...will not do this for me. She wont help me. is there any way that i can send in this information on my own?
You shortage to talk to somebody in financial aid. I have always been told that if you are not over like 25, not married, or have no children, you have to use your parents message. I have only known 1 person not in any of those situations get by that and thats because he was taken away from his mother and understood to his grandparents custody so they considered it differently. Talk to the financial aid person and tell them how your spoil refuses to do this for you and see if they can put you in a different group (or at least talk to your mother about how its important she does it for your sake).

Idk, I reckon I would be bummed if we had to fill out extra forms for nothing.

I poverty to know could an international student apply for financial aids? If yes, generally what kind of forms do I necessary to fill out? If no, what are the other ways that will help me to pay off my tuition? (except loans and parental payments)
