But I don't know how to fill up and what coloum to fillup

I am legally residing in the US, but I don't have a resident from status (ie dont have a green card). I tried to open a Vanguard complementary fund account, but they said they cannot do it online because of my citizenship status. I was told to fill out a letterhead form and mail it to Vanguard along with IRS for W-8. What is this form and why do I need to fill it?
Also, do you have any tips for foregners who want to present brockerage accounts in the US? I am under impression that it is almost impossible or requires a lot of complicated paperwork.

Answer: I have a opinion people at Vanguard don't know what they are talking about. Citizenship and immigration status are neither here nor there in your situation; as long as you physically live in the U.S. and have a Social Security Number or a Tax Denomination Number, financial institutions should treat you as a U.S. client, because you are a U.S. resident for tax purposes, even though you may not be a indestructible resident for immigration purposes.

No Scale And Need To Measure Out-in Solid Form-8 Oz Of Chocolate?

Im making truffles..i have stupendous bulk chunks of chocolate and the the recipe calls for 8 oz of solid chocolate..not melted. I dont have a progression and dont know how i can break it down into cups.

Answer: They to all intents mean 8 oz. by weight rather than volume, so you wouldn't break it down in to cups, as a cup is a volume measurment. If you positive how much chocolate there is altogether figure as close as you can the percentage of that to make up 8 oz. (half a empty). Example, if you have 2 lbs. total, one fourth of it would be half a pound (8 oz.)

How Long Does It Take For Form-8 (voter Registration) To Get Verified For The Address?

I had submitted my form on the 16th of June and money now, nobody has come for verification. Should i wait any longer than this and if not, what should i do? i do want to vote in the forthcoming Maharashtra fabrication elections, but i'm afraid i may not be able to. i was told to check in the month of August if my name has been appended to the electoral rolls. Can that turn up without address verification?

I'll appreciate if those who are already registered answer this question.

Please help swiftly...

Answer: Hello, They are not reasonable to send a person to your home to verily the address. If you are supposed to receive something like a voter registration be direct, and have not after four weeks, return to the registration office with something that bears your name and address on it, like a bill, or a passport or any other for of badge, to show that it is your residence, and that may help to speed things up, but still, do not expect government offices to act immediately, ever.
