I have partners who requirement to buy a house.But, we don't have enough money to put as downpayment. So, we like to form LLC and share the portion of downpayment and monthly mortgage payment as well.
I do not be versed what state you are in but for my state which is NC I typed in the search engine NC secretary of state and what I got was www.secretary.testify.nc.us/corporations and then clicked on Corporations Home it directed me to where I needed to go and what to do.

I am in a family way to to be laid-off in the next two to three-months. As such, a friend and I are preparing to form LLC to offer consulting services so we can shoving for work once we are given our walking papers. However, we sent off the LLC registration so our company name couldn't be charmed. Now I am concerned we may have screwed ourselves out of unemployment benefits. We don't have any clients, so it would be nice to receive unemployment while we profession for clients.

I wanna do some house, but right now it a student with F1 visa, so i don't know if it is possible to form LLC with just a managing fellow. How about its tax classification with IRS, a corp or partnerships
